Today’s throwback Thursday takes us to the annual banquet in 1974! It was Towamencin’s 25th year of operation and 17th annual banquet.

Pictured below is Chief Clair Clemens, Ladies Auxiliary President Effie Alpert, President Don Bickel, and Banquet Chairman Gordy Alderfer. Each year, the Ladies Auxiliary raises money and presents a donation check to the fire company. Here, Effie is giving Don a check for $8,000.

We are always so grateful for our Ladies Auxiliary who continue to support us in any way they can!
